Sami O. Khan, MD, attended Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, and received his medical degree in 2001. Furthermore, he conducted his internship and orthopedic surgery residency at The New York University Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York, New York (2001-2006). In addition, he completed his fellowship training in sports medicine at the Mississippi Sports Medicine & Orthopedic Center in Jackson, Mississippi (2006-2007).
